UPDATED: Police locate runaway teen

UPDATED: The Greene County Sheriff's Department has located a runaway teen from Marco.

A spokesperson for the department said Friday afternoon that Adrian Francis has been located and returned to his family. Francis was believed to have run away on Thursday, Dec. 13, between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m.

Francis reportedly took his grandfather's silver 2007 Jeep Commander with handicapped plates and left the Marco residence, according to a news release.

Francis is believed to have gone to the areas of Vincennes or Clay City, but the spokesperson said the department could not release where Francis was located.

CSD Deputy Jordan Gooding was the investigating officer.
