Missing 12-year-old Jenny Chaney has been located. Original story appears below.

Missing 12-year-old Jenny Chaney left her home in Lyons at about 4:30 p.m., according to Greene County Sheriff's Sgt. Jordan Allor.

Allor said Chaney is believed to be trying to walk north to Clay County.

She was last seen wearing a black tie-dyed tank top and black and orange leggings. She has light brown, medium-length, straight hair, the release said.
