Beverly (Beverstock) Decker

Beverly (Beverstock) Decker, age 85, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 7, 2023, at Glenburn Nursing Home. She was born in Independence, Ms. on July 31, 1936, the daughter of Bard Beverstock and Iris Love (Robinson).

Beverly was a graduate of Linton Stockton High School. She was a homemaker all her life and enjoyed caring for her family and pets.

Beverly was a past member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles. She enjoyed crocheting and coloring.

She is survived by her daughter, April Decker of Linton; brothers, Arthur (Rea) Love of Linton and Larry (Sandy) Beverstock of Cloverdale; sister-in-law, Renee Coons of N.Y.; grandchildren, Crystal Decker of Indianapolis, Ricky Decker (Danielle) of Indianapolis and Ryan Decker of Paxton; great-grandchildren, Tristen Clark, Trenton and Hermione Decker and Dean Decker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Carl Decker; children, Richard Decker, David Decker and Louise Decker; and siblings, Jack Beverstock and Diana Vangorder.

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 1 p.m..

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 5-7 p.m. and 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service.
