UPDATE: Truck located; trailer, mower still missing

The GCSD issued a release stating the missing pickup truck has been located in south Monroe County by the ISP. The trailer and Dixie Chopper mower are still missing. Original story appears below:

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department (GCSD) is investigating a theft that took place in the evening of Wednesday, May 10 or the early morning hours of Thursday, May 11.

A 2001 gray Chevrolet dually pickup truck with Indiana license plate VCT220, a 2019 ten-foot flatbed trailer with Indiana license plate TR723ZVL and a 72-inch Dixie Chopper lawn mower were stolen from a residence on E Chapel Road in Solsberry. Anyone with information can contact the GCSD at 812-384-4411.
