Cathy A. Padgett

Cathy A. Padgett, 71, of Loogootee passed away on Saturday February 3, 2024 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon.

Born May 10, 1952 in Linton, the daughter of Cletus Lee Martin and Mary Evelyn (Hasler) Martin.

Cathy was a licensed insurance agent for State Farm Insurance, she was a member of Fairview Presbyterian Church in Princeton.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Stephen L. Padgett; one daughter, Tracy Ann (Patrick) Talley; one granddaughter, Natalie Murks and one sister, Sandra Sue (Larry) Knoll.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. on Tuesday February 6, 2024 until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Bill Kidwell officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.

The family ask that any memorial donations in Cathy’s name be given to Ketcham Memorial Center Rose House.
