Wanda Loiuse (Inman) Brown, 75, of Jasonville, passed away at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024 in her home, surrounded by her loving family and close friends.

She was born March 28, 1948 in Linton to Carl Inman and Irene (Porter) Inman.

Wanda married Kenneth “Trip” Brown on May 11, 1984, and he passed away on February 28, 2020.

Survivors include her children, Tammy (Massey) Johnson of Sullivan and Tony Massey (Karen) of Linton; grandchildren, Maverick Johnson, Alyssia (Johnson) Tally (Jake), Madison (Johnson) Ball (Gavin), Brenton Johnson, Autumn Johnson and Easton Johnson; great-grandchildren, Myra Tally, Sofia Ball, Axel Ball and Milo Tally as well as one cousin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one sister and one brother.

Wanda worked as a care giver and later as a correctional officer at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. She also worked at Freelandville Community Home.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street in Jasonville. Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the funeral home. Memorial services are immediately following at 1 p.m. with Rick Riordan officiating.
