All Linton police officers are now carrying new digital cameras, they have a new computer in their squad room and new radios are on the way -- thanks to a $5,000 donation from the WalMart Supercenter in Linton. Store Manager Jason Wells said the store received the money from the WalMart Corporation to give back to the community. The corporation gives grants from the home office to the stores and then the store makes the decision about where to donate the money... -

Bloomfield passes ordinance that establishes traffic regulations

The town of Bloomfield now has its own established traffic regulations after the town council approved ordinance 2008-06 during a special session on Tuesday afternoon. Bloomfield couple faces drug charges

A Bloomfield man and woman were arrested Friday after a Greene County Child Protective Services worker contacted the Sheriff's Department about a possible meth lab in a residence with two small children. Rachel Murawski, 24, and Michael S. Tomes, 22, were both taken into custody by Sheriff's Det. George Dallaire and booked into jail under $10,000 bond. Tomes posted bond the same day but as of late Tuesday, Murawski remained in jail...
