Northwest Linton experiences power outage Sunday morning

It was lights out for Linton's northwest side on Sunday morning. Linton Electric Department Supervisor Nick House explained that the outage -- which lasted for three-and-a-half hours -- was caused by a problem at the Fifth Street substation.
