Roy Clark and Friends bring down the house with Saturday night show
(Local News ~ 06/06/10)
Walking off the stage on Saturday night at Linton-Stockton High School gym, country music legend Roy Clark looked tired and admitted he was in pain. The 77-year old Country Music Hall of Fame member had just completed his 17th show as part of the Greene County Foundation Festival that raises college scholarship money for local students. On stage, Clark's normal part of the show was cut shorter -- as he gave way to a talented group of friends who joined in to put on a another quality show for the Linton audience.
