Nadine F. Baker, 86, of Linton and formerly of Gosport, passed away at Glenburn Home in Linton, Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. She was born April 23, 1923 in Worthington to E. Byrd and Hazel J. (Davis) Faulk. Nadine worked for RCA, was a member of the Pentecostal faith, and was a member of the Eastern Star. She and her husband Ralph served as foster parents and she enjoyed quilting...

Danny Earl Lowder, 73, of Bloomfield, passed away 9:35 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009 at Lyons Health & Living Center in Lyons. Born Nov. 12, 1935 in Greene County, he was the son of Earl and Fannie Audrey (Ockerman) Lowder. He was a self employed accountant and a livestock farmer.
