James Williams Jr., 86, of Dugger passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Sullivan Co. Community Hospital. He was born in Linton September 9, 1936, the son of James Ross Williams Sr. and Electa Mae Pertuset Williams. Jim was a pilot and had a love for flying a plane.
