JASONVILLE – The Linton softball team had lost three of its last four coming into Tuesday’s road game with Shakamak and was looking for a boost. Linton got that boost in the fourth inning with eight runs and went on to win 12-1. “A lot better. We’ve got some kids who are a little more relaxed now,” Coach Beth Wernz said. “Pretty good defensive game again. Reagan [Kearns] located pitches a little bit better so that’s a good thing. Bloomfield Town Council readying for town-wide yard sales

The Bloomfield Town Council discussed the Bloomfield town-wide yard sales coming up May 6. “Yard sale signs are not allowed on telephone poles, street signs, road signs or light posts during the town-wide yard sales,” said Jason Jackson with the Bloomfield Street and Sanitation Department. “We will take the signs down if we see them.”...
