Planville man charged with murder

A 20-year-old Plainville man, charged with murder, appeared in Daviess County Circuit Court on Wednesday. Jake D. Carroll was formally charged with the May 31 murder of 20-year old Timothy D. Pruett of Odon. According to Daviess County Deputy Prosecutor Joe Koenig, Carroll pled not guilty during an initial court appearance Wednesday.
