Man faces charges

John K. Irons, 37, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of theft, both D felonies. The charges stem from two drive-off thefts of gasoline from South Side Express in Linton. The first occurred at 1:25 p.m. on March 5, when a man in a small white vehicle was reported driving off without paying for $30.62 in fuel.
