On Thursday night, I watched the returns from the Iowa Caucuses. In the past, I never paid this much attention to them. I knew how they worked and yet I learned more details this year. It all seemed a little strange. While watching the one caucus that was carried live on C-Span, I kept thinking this was not a good way to pick a president. Maybe Iowa shouldn't be first after all. New ordinance allows BPD to do enforcement on school grounds

An ordinance which allows the Bloomfield Police Department to enforce parking, traffic and loitering on school property is now in effect. The proposal was tweaked several times by school and town attorneys.
