The poor kid is crying and scared to death of this toy while the mom is laughing hysterically at the kid. I have told her to stop and she won't. She thinks it's funny but I feel bad for the kid. Additional appropriations on hold for the county

We have amazing volunteers: There are volunteers who are breast cancer survivors and visit with newly diagnosed patients; volunteers who give their time to drive their own car to make sure that patients get to life saving treatment; volunteers who are cosmetologists and work with our Look Good … Feel Better program, volunteers who serve on committees for their church, with the Body & Soul program, volunteers who work with Daffodil Days and deliver sunshine and daffodils in the gray days of early March, volunteers who distribute wigs to patients for free and volunteers who make sure that our day to day operations run smoothly!. ...
