On Friday, Greene County General Hospital will celebrate its 100th birthday with a community birthday party. The picnic-style celebration will be from 2-7 p.m. on the hospital lawn. Hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, cookies, and drinks will be served. Birthday cake will also be served...

MUNCIE -- Steven A. "Steve" Walker, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and Matriarch of over 50 children. A former Linton man, now living in Bloomington, was sentenced to two years with the Indiana Department of Correction on Tuesday for failing to register as a convicted sex offender. Clifford Wood, 59, had one year of his two year sentenced suspended by Greene Superior Court Judge Dena Martin.
