Jasonville man wrecks vehicle

A 29-year-old Jasonville man, Joshua D. Haton, was injured in an accident around 3:31 a.m. on Wednesday north of Linton in Wright Township. He ran off the left side of the road and wrecked a 2002 Ford mini-van. Less than a month ago, he ran off the right side of a road in a 2003 Dodge Caravan. In that incident, he didn't wreck the vehicle but a police officer was watching and arrested Haton for operating a vehicle while intoxicated...

UPDATED: May sentenced to 30 years in prison

Justin C. May, a 28-year-old Linton man, was sentenced to 30 years in prison, with five of those years suspended, by Greene Circuit Court Judge Erik C. Allen on Wednesday morning. May was convicted by a 12-member jury on March 12 of the crime of attempted dealing in methamphetamine in an amount of three grams or more, a class A felony.
