Linton mayor joins with 'Mayors Against Illegal Guns' group; says he is not anti-gun use

Linton Mayor John Wilkes was one of six Indiana mayors to express interest in the national group Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Wilkes said while he is not against the use of guns, he does believe there should be regulations put forth. "I am not against guns. I own guns. ... I'm not a radical. Solsberry man accused of home improvement fraud

A preliminary charge of home improvement fraud has been filed against a Solsberry man, Kyle J. Bailey, following a lengthy investigation by the Greene County Sheriff's Department. The investigation began last May when a homeowner in eastern Greene County, Chris Crecelius, contacted the sheriff's department saying he had signed contracts with Bailey, who represented himself as being bonded and insured, and had paid a substantial amount of money to Bailey, but the work had not been completed...
