She was a member of the Faith Christian Church in Bloomfield, Faith Women Group, Senior Citizens Group and the Greene County Historical Society.
Surviving relatives include one sister Norma Combs (Ralph) of Bloomington, one brother Robert Spinks of Indianapolis, Sister-In-Law Patsy Spinks of Bloomington, one niece Linda Hubbell (Jerry) of Mesquite, Nevada; one nephew Jeff Spinks of Bloomington, a great niece Jenny Cunningham (Brad) of Linton and one great nephew Anthony Spinks of Linton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Estel Spinks and one nephew Randy Spinks.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and noon Thursday until the hour of service at Faith Christian Church in Bloomfield.
Service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at the Faith Christian Church in Bloomfield with the Rev. Henry Mann Jr. and the Rev. Arlen Pope officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
